I'm afraid there's no solution for that. We don't want anymore these sort of
problems (it's the same for the Uniface 7 polyserver sek: psys.sek, which
have to be placed in a psys directory), so we've made many tests, and asked
our Uniface consultants (I don't know if that word is the same in French and
English), and ... nothing.
What you could do is to put your usys content in an usys directory, the
installation program would redirect the distribution directory to the good
one (aka <CDROM>:usysxp\ -> <DEST>:usys\), just to make the content
cleariest.

Post by Dirk ReihsHi Richard,
Thanks for your answer. Your first statement is like our installation.
We have in our enviroment for every Windows-version an own usys-folder
(usys,usyw2k, usysxp etc.)
I've now tried to copy the file "usys.sek" form the folder "usysxp" to
the folder "usys" and it works. So I think that in the new debugger is
the path to the sek-file hard coded in "../usys/usys.sek"
Does anybody know, if and how it is possible to redirekt this path to
"../usysxp/usys.sek".

Dirk
Post by Richard GILLHi,
for me,
* on one hand you have an XP related license, and there's no sek in the usys
directory (not the one identified by the .ini usys=<path to dir>), in
particular if you redirected the usys directory in the .ini.
* you do not have an XP related license (first versions of 7.2.06), and
you've to put udbg.exe in Windows 2000 compatibility mode (or the operating
system for whitch u've a license)

Post by Dirk ReihsWhen I will try to start the new-debugger the Iniaktive Udbg
(Uniface 7.2.06
and Windows XP)
8011 - License (SEK) not available.
* finished *
But the runtime-eviroment and develop-eviroment is working with unter
xp. We have the right SEKs.
Can somebody help me?
